SAP Human Experience Management Movement (SAP HXM Movement) is an initiative that helps on-premise SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) customers move to human experience management solutions from SAP by providing guidance and transparency into our HXM vision and enhancing and creating capabilities across core HR, time management, and payroll. The initiative supports customer migration by eliminating product gaps, increasing organizational readiness, and providing transitional steps to make the move.
This initiative includes a significant investment with a plan to improve the product to meet functional parity with SAP ERP HCM to expedite the move to the cloud with SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The investment is in addition to existing product enhancements plans.
We know there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to move to the cloud, and many customers will continue to have hybrid models. The initiative is designed to help ensure our customers can migrate at a pace that is most beneficial to your business needs, while safeguarding existing investments. A part of the investment also includes an effort to streamline data integration for hybrid customers.
The product investments included in SAP HXM Movement build on our existing capabilities with accelerated innovation in these mission-critical areas. This includes enhanced core HR with improved configurability and localization, streamlined data integration between on-premise and cloud solutions, SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking (a cloud-based solution that delivers advanced time and attendance capabilities), and accelerated payroll innovation in the cloud.
