Managers have a clear overview of holiday plans, to ensure that there is always sufficient staffing or substitutions for key roles.
Facilitate business trip planning and settlement
Business trip plans can be reviewed and approved before the trip begins, to control company costs. Approval workflows can have different scenarios and approvers depending on total cost or travel destination. After the business trip is completed, the settlement is automated via integration to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, to minimize manual effort and risk of errors.
