Overview
Sales representatives can create sales orders from purchase order files in PDF or image formats after automatic processing of the unstructured data. After a file is uploaded, the system automatically extracts file information using SAP Document AI, and proposes data for a corresponding sales order request. The sales order request can later be converted into a sales order. SAP Document AI workspace is metered based on the number of users.
