The app has an Excel and Fiori user interface which are intuitive and easy to use. You can perform a number of journal transaction, ie enter, copy, change, review, reverse, accrue, .. etc all from an familiar user interface.

Each document and their attachments can be sent for approval. This Approver route can be configure and also supports a peer review option.
