The user needs to log into SAP LOGON, manually enter the transaction code and export the logs in a CSV file. The user then has to manually alert the BASIS team by sending the exported logs as an e-mail attachment. Instead, the process is done automatically and the critical log data is sent to the BASIS Team. Works with SAP Build Process Automation.
