Use the estimation interface to import detailed cost estimations
The end-to-end process from estimation via working budget to forecast starts with the import of detailed cost estimations. It uses an out-of-the-box interface that is compatible with most estimation tools in the market using standardized CUF, XML or XLSX file formats.
Controlled budget maintenance
CBM is used to realize a controlling structure and then utilizing the work budget. This has direct links to subsequent processes like creation of project structures, purchasing and planning. CBM makes financial project control easy and part of the day-to-day routine of project managers.

Project Managers Workbench (PMW) gives detailed insight in complex projects. It can be configured very flexibly and provides insight into various plan versions like actual costs, liabilities, accruals or even non-financial KPIs. This leads to a forecast which is used for result- and WIP-calculation.
