SAP Field Service Management pricing

Metric Definition:

• Resources are all users that can access the system and use the SAP Field Service Management, standard edition capabilities and in addition all resources that are planned and optimized by the system. This means resources that are un-plannable and without logon rights to the system are not counted as a resource.
• Plannable resources are managed in the “Person” master data and are usually human individuals. You may want to define non-human assets such as cranes, vans, cars, … that will be planned and get activities assigned just like technicians on the planning board. In this case those will also be counted as a resource under the SAP Field Service Management, standard edition license.
• Non-Human assets that are managed in the equipment or tools master data are not counted as resources under the SAP Field Service Management, standard edition license.
