Office in Your Pocket, no need to go back to your desk
The mobile app swivels between self-service and managers office. There is no need for employees or managers to return to their desk. All activities that need approval or denial can be managed in the field Employees can start leave process on mobile, planners can start the replacement process immediately and not wait for leave approval.
Instant messaging between employees and managers and employee to crews
Messaging between teams is key to keeping the workforce engine running. If you need to let everyone on a crew know key information, such as ship or train is delayed you can inform the entire crew without the need to know who is working today. Time capture from any device or generated for certain roles such as sales teams
Time can be recorded on any device at the start of the day and ended on a different device at the end of the day. Wi-Fi is not required; clocking can continue until the device is back in a Wi-Fi area. Then the times gathered without Wi-Fi are pulled in, ready to be evaluated.
Concurrent employment made easy
Each split can have its own approver, separate overtime, and allowances, with no limits on the number of splits managed in a single day. This enables skilled personnel to work across multiple sites and countries within the same day.
