Overview
European Central Bank Integration
Use the daily updated and freely available exchange rates published by the European Central Bank (ECB). The exchange rates are provided by the ECB and quoted against the euro
Reverse rate calculation
The program automatically calculates the exchange rates against the other currencies during the import using the daily exchange rate provided by the bank of your choice
Missing import notification
An e-mail is sent to the system administrator in case of error during the import. This could happen if the bank server is down. The solution also provide the possibility to get a report of the last system updates

Define Update Intervals
You can define the update intervals for the exchange rates. This means you can decide if you want your exchange rates to be up-to-date on a daily basis or any other periodic time frame (weekly, monthly, ...).
Tailoring decimal accuracy to your business needs
Our solution provides the flexibility to determine the number of decimals used in calculations. You can choose to retain all decimal places for maximum precision or customize the level of rounding to align with the specific requirements of your business scenarios.
Email notification
The program generates an e-mail if Sap ByDesign was not able to reach the bank source file. Also the rates are stored in a data source that allow you to build a report to validate that the rates were correctly imported
