Expands the scope of Standard solution integration, with complementary communications to NF-e (Brazil electronic Invoice), CT-e (Brazil electronic Invoice Freight), NFS-e (Brazil electronic Invoice Services), DOC-e (Other Documents) and E-Invoice – Global electronic invoice.
Simple application in SAP Fiori for managing mailbox's
Simplify maintenance and updating in the corresponding mailboxes for receiving documents. Through this application it will be possible to configure connections for integration via IMAP, POP and Microsoft and Google API's.
Simplify issuing and receiving NFS-e - Service Invoices
In Brazil there are 5,568 city halls. Each one has its particularities and different image format. Using advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, LKM-CSI converts this invoice to a single electronic format and provides DANFSE (Integration via XML base64 format) for automation in SAP system.
More agility in capturing NF-e and CT-e
As soon as the supplier or carrier sends its invoice by email, the solution obtains XML in real time, it is not necessary to wait for the SEFAZ deadline to make it available via webservice. Through this API we can get it in real time, as soon as the XML is available, LKM-CSI sends it to SAP system.
Automate documents such as Public Concessions and Expense Invoices
Obtaining Other Documents (DOC-e) of Public Concessions, such as billing for Telephony, Energy, Water and Expense Invoices. LKM-CSI converts this invoice to a single electronic format and provides Documents (Integration via XML base64 format) for automation in SAP Document Reporting and Compliance.
