SAP TechEd News Guide

Hello!

Today, digital transformation has taken over every industry. The ongoing pandemic has accelerated it even further, changing businesses, supply chains and the way people work seemingly overnight. The companies that thrive in this environment are those that embrace digitalization. Technology companies have the opportunity to help customers of all sizes overcome some of the most complex business, social and environmental challenges the world has ever seen.

It’s against that backdrop that we approach the SAP® TechEd conference this year — with a spirit of gratitude for our customers and partners, and excitement for the innovations we are developing to help the world run better.

A year ago, we announced a strategy to help customers transform into intelligent, sustainable enterprises. We have been working to deliver on that commitment by empowering customers to move to the cloud, become data-driven organizations, take advantage of AI and automation, and fuel their own growth and innovation.

This week at SAP TechEd, we are unveiling a slate of new products and services that puts more power in the hands of professional developers while democratizing technology for citizen developers. We are expanding our free tier offering for SAP Business Technology Platform, providing new ways to integrate so customers can build exactly the solutions they need, previewing a new theme for our design system SAP Fiori, launching a new learning experience, and a lot more.

This SAP TechEd News Guide is your one-stop shop for all things SAP TechEd. We hope it proves to be a valuable resource to help you understand what we are working toward at SAP. Please let us know what you think: press@sap.com.

Our customers and partners are at the center of everything we do. Their innovations bring our products to life. In that sense, this news guide is the starting point for many more stories of innovation that will emerge in the months and years to come.

Thank you for taking part,

Oliver Roll
