The SAP Co-Operative Learning programs in Ireland help students accelerate their career at SAP through training in SAP’s cutting edge technologies, combined with personal and professional development and coaching. SAP Ireland offers paid on-the-job experience through internships in our various lines of business while students are still at college and financial support through stipends when students are back at college.

SAP Ireland has partnered with Dublin City University (DCU) and National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG) to help top-level business and software talents develop their professional and technical skills . As part of the program, students will work with SAP teams in our offices in Dublin and Galway and may even get a chance to intern at various SAP locations around the world, including our headquarters near Heidelberg, Germany.

Co-Operative Learning Dublin, is a 2 year program that combines university study with on-the-job training as an intern in the SAP Ireland, Dublin Office. The program aims to hire, develop, and incorporate young talent with competitive skills into our company. As a CoOp student you will get the opportunity to work in interesting and challenging roles during summer breaks and through your third year placement. The program aims to expose you to as many aspects of our business as possible while building fundamental technical and personal skills that you will need over your career. The program includes classroom based SAP product training, rotational internships, one-to-one mentoring and professional coaching. You may even get the chance to go to Germany an international exchange internship. All placements are paid at competitive rates and students receive a study stipend when back at college.

Do you want to study abroad, learn a new language, and get practical experience working in one of the world’s top employers? Then apply today for your Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics – Sales & Consulting International (WI-SCI).

This unique Bachelor’s degree program, lasting 3 years, is separated into theoretical and practical phases. Taught at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Mannheim, Germany, the theoretical phases focus on business knowledge and programming languages. During the practical phases, you will gain real-life experience at the SAP Headquarters in Walldorf, Germany. At SAP, you’ll learn about Software Development, Service & Support and Consulting.

All applicants have to speak and understand English. But, by the end of the program, you’ll be speaking fluent German too! During the first year, all lectures at the university are in English with courses in German so you learn the language. Your German lessons + daily exposure to the language will steadily increase, so by the last year, you’ll be able to understand all the lectures in German!
