Overview
Get to the cash flow for a contract with only few clicks from a drawing
The customer needs only few clicks from a CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawing to the cash flow for a contract. If the drawing contains the neccessary data for room number, room type and tenant (cost center or external contract ID), then with four steps the architectural and usage objects up to the contract with conditions will be created automatically.

Solution increases the data quality, because it ensures that the object data are structured in the same way at all times and not dependent from the individual user. Solution ensures a high grade of quality and traceability of the space sizes and space types, which are mostly the base for the contract condition and so the base for the monthly cash flow.

Use drawing checker for check and upload drawings
A Web-based tool for check your drawing based on your data generation rules and upload correct drawings into SAP. During the drawing check the SAP-relevant objects will be detected and listed with all SAP relevant information, so that the user can check it.
Use synchronize app to transfer drawing data to SAP objects
With our synchronization app all relevant drawing data defined in customizing is transferred to respective target master data objects for room in SAP. If usage information is available in the CAD, synchronization can also create SAP usage objects and assign them to rooms in preparation for rental.
Display, navigate and report graphically with room app
With our room app the user can navigate to rooms in a CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawing and showing SAP room data for it. Furthermore the rooms can be color coded by different SAP data, which are connected to the rooms.
