  • Included:

    • All Joule navigational scenarios: Move within and between SAP applications using natural language commands while retaining the conversation history.
    • Access to SAP Help content and RISE with SAP methodology documentation: Get instant answers from SAP’s trusted resources without leaving your workflow.
    • Document grounding from your own content: Retrieve insights from your documents in real time (requires additional AI service for document indexing).
    • Simple transactional capabilities: Create, read, update, or delete business object data directly through a conversational interface.

  • Prerequisites:

    • An active subscription to an SAP cloud solution that has an integration with Joule. See the Works With list in the Overview section of this page.

  • During the contracting process of the Joule base entitlement here in SAP Store, you will be asked to select the SAP BTP global account that Joule should be added to.

    • Please note that Joule is a central service, and you should select the global account accordingly if you have multiple global accounts. We do not recommend choosing a line-of-business specific global account.
    • If you only have one BTP global account, the corresponding account. If you don’t have a BTP global account yet, you will receive one free of charge during activation.
