Subject, body text, and attachment names are scanned for e.g. order, invoice, customer, and supplier references, and the matching objects are offered with a confidence score. Users confirm instead of typing, which keeps filing fast and the key correct.

Profiles decide which object types a user sees, such as sales orders and customers for sales, or purchase orders and suppliers for purchasing. Each team works with only the few objects it actually needs, and access is granted per profile.

The message appears in the attachment list of the order or invoice and opens from there with its attachments intact. Colleagues in purchasing, accounting, or service reach the correspondence from the transaction they already have open.
