General information
To register for the event and gain free access to the full experience, you’ll need an SAP.com account. Once you log in to an existing account or create a new account, you can register for SAP events and access resources such as trial software, analyst reports, and product road maps.
To register with an existing SAP.com account:
- Select the Register now link below.
- Enter the email linked to your SAP.com account. You'll be redirected to the SAP Universal ID login page.
- Enter your SAP account credentials. You may be prompted to review and update your account data if required information is missing.
- Accept the Conference Terms & Conditions.
To register by creating a new SAP.com account:
- Go to the registration page and enter your email address. Each participant needs to register with their own email address—shared email addresses will not be accepted.
- Complete and submit the account registration form. Security verification may be required.
- Check your email for an account activation link, which will be valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, restart the registration process, resubmit the form, and request a new activation email by selecting the corresponding link under the email field.
- Select the activation link in your email. You’ll be prompted to create a password and accept the SAP Universal ID terms of use. You’ll then be redirected to the event registration page.
- Accept the Conference Terms & Conditions.
Your SAP Universal ID serves as a wallet for managing your SAP user identities. It ensures easy access to your account, learning certificates, and community content.
- Using a Google Chrome browser, open an incognito window and go to account.sap.com.
- Enter your email address and Universal ID password. Select “verify account.”
- You’ll receive an email with a verification code. Enter the code when prompted.
- Add noreply-uid@sap.com to your safe sender list. If you don’t receive the account activation email, you may request a code up to three times by resubmitting the account registration form. If you exceed the number of attempts, contact the support team.
Use the SAP Universal ID Account Manager to manage your linked accounts, personal data, and security and privacy settings.

All educational sessions will be released at the same time, allowing you to choose the content that best suits your needs at times most convenient for you. If you can’t make it on October 9, content will be available on demand.
The interactive features of the platform include Q&A and reactions. You can also choose your favorite sessions in the catalog to design your learning journey on October 9.
All educational sessions will be released at 10:00 a.m. PT. Attendees are encouraged to self-select content that will best meet their unique learning goals, then tune in at their convenience throughout the day on October 9.
