Manish Godara

Manish grew up in a poor area of western India and came from very humble beginnings. He went through hardships and struggles, but all of his experiences made him who he is today. He started as an intern at SAP – and is now the go-to-market lead for 3rd party marketplaces for SAP Digital.
 

Jillian Babbel

Jillian has never questioned who she is. And SAP has never questioned her value to the organization. She has experienced a supportive, open environment at SAP that allows her to be true to herself -- as a lesbian, as a woman, as a mom, and as an outstanding individual contributor.
 

Marching for LGBT pride

SAP Silicon Valley marched in the 45th annual San Francisco Pride Parade. More than 300 SAP employees, friends, and family joined the march for LGBT equality. #RunProuder for SAP diversity.

Women in high tech

The high tech industry is known for its male-dominated workforce – but SAP has been working hard to counter this trend. Gender equality is an important part of our mission – and we’re committed to having at least 28% women in leadership by 2020 and 30 percent in 2022.
