Our eDoing solution allows L&D and HR teams to pilot the implementation of trainings and change programs. It integrates to SAP Success Factors to automatically recommend micro-actions to employees after a given training and thereafter measure the adoption of new behaviors at collective level.

Overview
Help employees implement what they have learned in training
Only 12% of what employees learn gets thereafter applied. We shift the paradigm from learning to doing. We achieve this by recommending personalized actions to learners to carry out in their everyday life.
Measure what is being put into practice
Most L&D tools measure the mean (how much time was spent on the platform) rather than the end (how many new habits develop on the job). Our platform measures the latter in real time, allowing L&D and HR teams to know exactly how much a program has been put into practice and regarding which aspect.
Solve learning fatigue with active experimentations
"Learning fatigue" is due to an excess of content consumption. Our solution proposes active experimentations through actions to be performed in real life rather than on a screen. As a result, employees show a much higher engagement rate.

Features
Translate skills into actions to perform on the job
L&D and HR teams input the skills and population they have built a training and change program around. Our solution automatically matches that input with our bank of proven actions. Clients can then validate and modify those actions.
Nudge employees to carry out actions while working
Our platform recommends to employees on a given theme, for example after a training, a selection of actions. Employees can accept or reject them anonymously and then get help to apply them on the job thanks to our nudge features: plan, do as a group, get a calendar invite, an SMS, or a Teams invite.
Measure the adoption of behaviors
Since employees validate actions they have managed to perform, L&D and HR teams can follow the implementation of their programs at collective level (individual level is anonymized). They can see the quantity and type of actions performed on the job at scale, in real time.
