Automatically generate certificates of any type, store them in your document management system, and print them when required based on fully configurable templates, data sources, and trigger points.
Configure data sources, design certificate templates, and define trigger points
Configure the creation process based on various parameters such as certificate type, division, material, country, or customer. Data sources can be freely defined based on the implemented interfaces to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or LIMS. Certificates can be designed using Adobe Designer.
Control printing and re-printing
Control the place and time of certificate printing and ensure reprinting in a controlled manner by authorized users only. This ensures a complete audit trail on all certificates and prevents unauthorized duplications and reprints.
Manage audit trails through an all-encompassing change log
Store changes in a global change log to ensure that configuration changes and re-prints are captured for audit trails. Easily access the change log to enable auditors to easily understand changes.
