This application aims at covering part of the process of managing supplier quotes and providing an overview and planning capabilities of several raw material sourcing scenarios. The current solution is entirely integrated in SAP Analytics Cloud, but it could be extended with SAP BW/4HANA.

Experience Planning Visualization

After finalize your plan scenarios, you can compare them. But not by the old fashioned way - compare numbers in tables, but visualizing the results in Geo-Maps and KPI tiles. This improves the perception of your plan efficiency.

Get Visualized Reference Data

The reference data for the price historical (monthly based) fluctuations from each individual provider and each individual material, is represented in graphical way.

Compare Planning Scenarios

The final step of the solution provides the opportunity to visualize and compare up to 3 planning scenarios at the same time. The version dimension controls the displayed scenarios by user selection.

Supplier Quotes Distribution

The user plans the Supplier Quotes only once and after that can distribute them in all versions, simply by using a Data Action. The versions are stored in the Dimension Simulations.

Planning Visual Analysis

With Geo-Map data visualization, the user can very easily analyze and determine the best supplier for each factory. The user can place and move different Simulations, between the 3 predefined visual blocks.
