No connection to SAP needed. This app can pull your staff list from multiple HR systems including Success Factors. Signed in data is stored in a HANA DB table in the Cloud, removing the need for any back end connection or z tables.
Print visitor badges for easy visitor recognition!
Integration to printers allows the app to print visitor badges upon the click of the sign in button! If failed we offer a re-print visitor badge app for the receptionist. Design of the badges is completely customisable. Specialised label printers may be required depending on your size requirement.

The suite includes a config and branding app, allowing your to match your corporate brand easily. Change backgrounds, logos, colors and badge designs to fit.

Simple application that allows staff to quickly sign in via touch screen (RFID/Facial recognition coming soon), and also manage the signing in/out of visitors and contractors. Have visitors enter details, choose a host, take a photo for the printed badge, and agree to health and safety conditions.
Manage Staff application
A simple but effective app that allows you to see a list of all your staff and edit their details used across the rest of the suite. Details brought from desired HR system and stored in your own isolated HANA DB table.
Manage Hosts application
Simple application that allows the creation or definition of hosts that will be available for the visitors to select upon sign in. Avoid giving the option of 100s of members of staff as their host and define who is expecting visitors on that day.
