Sandbox environments are primarily accessible by the customers, ensuring that stability is maintained and management remains consistent in test environments. If a customer wishes to involve third parties in the sandbox, partners, Managed Services Providers, or suppliers can also be activated.

SAP Fieldglass does not differentiate between production and non-production environments within its support portal SAP for Me. Like for production environments, SAP offers the Enterprise Support Cloud Edition for all sandbox environments for SAP Fieldglass solutions.

      • Access to an additional production code upon request at least 30 days before the desired refresh date.

      • Testing and developing new features, integrations etc within a copy of the production environment in sandbox that transfers to production.

    • Refresh schedule:

      • Up to 4 times per year at customer's discretion.
      • Environment in a stand-alone cluster.

    • Metric:

      • Number of sandbox environments.

    • Data Center:

      • The data center is hosted within hyperscaler landscapes located in the same region as the customer’s production environments (e.g., US, EU, KSA, AU).
      • Customers can’t select the specific hyperscaler platform that will host their sandbox.
    • In blocks of 1 Tenants
    • Contract duration 1 to 5 years
    • Auto-renewal

    • Included:

      • Access to an exclusive 1:1 test environment.
      • Access to an additional production code upon request at least 30 days before the desired refresh date.
      • Max 1 year production data slice.
      • Product provisioning.
      • Testing and developing new features, integrations etc within a copy of the production environment in sandbox that transfers to production.

      • Up to two times per year at customer's discretion.
      • Environment in a shared cluster.

    • Metric:

      • Number of sandbox environments.

    • Data Center:

      • The data center is hosted within hyperscaler landscapes located in the same region as the customer’s production environments (e.g., US, EU, KSA, AU).
      • Customers can’t select the specific hyperscaler platform that will host their sandbox.
