Bi-Directional CAD to ERP Integration
Real-time, bidirectional link to pull and push information from your CAD/PDM/PLM systems and SAP ERP. Draw comparisons, highlight discrepancies, and make changes to two different data sets in one interface. Reduce costly mistakes and synchronize your CAD/PDM/PLM and SAP Bill of Materials in an organized and controlled way. CAD, PDM and PLM systems include, but not limited to: SOLIDWORKS®, Autodesk®, Windchill®, and more!
Overview
Eliminate ERP Clerical Work
With CADLink, your engineering team can focus on what they do best: Engineering. Double and triple data entries are eliminated and engineering information is input into your CAD software and your SAP ERP in one simplified interface.
Reduce Data Entry Errors
When entering data into two separate databases, there is a large possibility of discrepancies due to typos or mistakes. By unifying the data entry process, CADLink eliminates sources of error in transferring data between your CAD model and SAP system.
Drawing Accuracy and Consistency
The CADLink Interface ensures that the information on the drawing, descriptions and revision is identical to the information in your SAP ERP. Accurate information in drawings eliminates confusion and reduces errors on the shop floor arising from conflicting information between work orders, sales orders and drawings.

Features
Color Coordination
CADLink highlights the results of the comparison between CAD and SAP in different colors. This makes the comparison easy to read, and clear. Green - New Parts CADLink will create in SAP Yellow - Differences between CAD and SAP Grey - Items that CADLink will remove from the SAP BOM upon save

Item Management
CADLink pulls the information that exists in your SAP ERP system and the CAD model to display Item Code, Item Name, Item Group Code, etc. The designer will be able to modify the data on the interface. Saving will synchronize and update the data in both the SAP system and in the CAD drawing/model.

Bill of Material Management
Bill of material information is taken directly from the assembly model to populate the fields of CADLink, in order to compare with SAP ERP. Saving in CADLink will update the BOM information in SAP ERP with the model information, including quantity, part number, etc.
