We have extended SAP Student Lifecyle Management. For example, new and enhanced processes to enable admissions, graduation events and alumni management were added. Furthermore, an extensive workflow cockpit, multiple year study planning by students, advisor insights and over 100 SAP Fiori self-services are now available to support the main processes.

Students can create draft study plans for one or more periods in advance. Advisors can accept them or suggest modifications for the submitted plans. Students can then plan the actual lectures, exams, etc.

Both students and advisors have a live view of all student data such as progress, status, results, attendance, etc. Any information stored is updated live in all views.
Process all applications in one place
All different types of student application and admission processes are handled in one solution. Questions, required documents, workflow steps, and fees are all dynamically created based on the applicants' responses and choices. Applicants have a live view of their admission status and tasks.

About 1000 individual roles have been added to allow the creation of grouped roles which fit the processes and responsibilities in your institution. Sample roles such as advisors, financial staff, teachers, exam committees, etc. are available and can serve as a starting point to create your own.
