Helle Dochedahl
Managing Director, Nordic & Baltics

Helle Dochedahl has been Managing Director of SAP’s Nordic and Baltic business since May 1, 2021. A +25 year SAP veteran, Helle has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Nordic & Baltic region since October 1, 2019 in a very successful partnership with Marika Auramo as Nordic MD, and before that, has held several positions in SAP Presales, such as Vice President EMEA South heading the Center of Excellence and Presales teams.

Helle Dochedahl is heading a team of approximately 800 employees and have the full responsibility of SAPs Nordic Market Unit across all SAPs innovative solutions, platforms and services. With customer success as a top priority she will be instrumental in driving SAPs Business Transformation-as-a-Service offering “RISE with SAP” and securing Nordic and Baltic customers move to SAPs intelligent ERP solution SAP S/4HANA.

Danish by origin, Helle has travelled extensively to broaden her horizon, getting closer to employees and customers across the world. A true believer in people’s leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities it is important for her to support others in orchestrating their own transformations.

I am a fervent believer in that teamwork and diversity make strong partners driving success and making people perform above expectations. SAP has the right strategy and can realize great value for companies of all sizes. So I am very proud to lead SAP Nordic and Baltic into a new era of reinventing how businesses run with data insights leading to actions creating intelligent enterprises that help fuel economic growth and sustainable business models in the Nordic and Baltic region

Ari Pussinen
Chief Operating Officer, Nordic & Baltics

Chief Operating Officer for the Nordic and Baltic region since May 1, 2021 Ari Pussinen leads SAP Nordic’s strategic customer and market development and oversees all customer-centric operations in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

With more than 25 years of varied and relevant sales experience within the IT and software market he has held various management, sales and business development roles across SAP and the broader industry. Whilst also leading with a people first mindset, he brings a wealth of dynamic sales experience to the COO role which supports our field teams in achieving fantastic results across our whole portfolio.

From 2011-2021 Ari led the SAP Nordic & Baltic Midmarket, Ecosystem & Channels organization providing an opportunity for all companies, no matter their size, to become a Best Run Business.

Ari has a university degree (MSc) in economics and finance.  

Christian Pedersen
Chief Financial Officer, Nordic & Baltics

Christian Pedersen is leading the Nordic CFO office and he supports local management in the modernization and development of regional infrastructure in financial services. Christian brings along a broad financial background with more than 30 years of experience in several finance roles.  Christian first joined SAP in 1999 and has during this time been interim CFO for different countries in the Nordic region and has a good sense of country specific topics and market requirements. He also understands that the requirements of a CFO today means being a partner to the business in terms of transforming, enabling and driving business. Christian holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School. 

Pekka Makkonen
Human Resources Director, Nordic & Baltics

Pekka Makkonen is the HR Director for Nordic & Baltics at SAP. He re-joined SAP in 2017. Earlier, he worked at SAP from 2003 until 2011. Pekka’s responsibility is the overall leadership of the HR Agenda in the Nordics. Together with the Nordic HR team, Pekka’s mission is to ensure the first-class employee experience and to support SAP’s transformation into the most innovative cloud company. Focusing on the word We instead of Me, he is a true believer in collaboration and sharing of information across all borders. Pekka has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience in international high-tech companies. He has built and developed international HR teams and helped multiple organizations in their business transformations. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki.

Jorn Jacobsen
Managing Director, SAP Denmark

Jorn Jacobsen has the overarching responsibility for SAP’s operations in Denmark as well as Danish software sales across all customers, all solutions and all industries. As member of the Nordic Leadership Team he supports the Nordic execution of SAP’s strategy to provide customers with simple solutions to complex business challenges and enabling our customers’ digital transformation journey and innovation roadmaps. Jorn Jacobsen returned to the position as Managing Director for SAP Denmark in January 2018 after rejoining SAP as Nordic Head of Innovation & Technology (DDM) in December 2016. Jorn is an experienced and passionate executive who successfully lead SAP Denmark as Manging Director before (2011-2014). From 2014 to 2016 Jørn filled the position as Managing Director at EMC and is known for his value-centric approach with customers and his inspiring leadership style. Jørn has a proven record of accomplishment from senior leadership and management positions within executive search and other IT companies like Oracle, BEA Systems and CA and he knows how to lead people and teams towards developing and delivering large and complex solutions of high value to clients. 

Mika Tanner
Managing Director, SAP Finland

Mika Tanner leads SAP Finland as Managing Director and has the full responsibility of SAP Finland’s Customer Success supporting Finnish companies in their digital transformation journeys towards applying advanced technologies such as AI and best practices within agile, integrated business processes thereby becoming more resilient, successful and sustainable intelligent enterprises.

After 10 years as CEO at SAP Gold Partner Bilot PLC, where Mika Tanner did an excellent job, crowned in 2020 with the IPO of Bilot on the First North Growth Market Finland marketplace of Nasdaq, Mika Tanner rejoined SAP as Managing Director SAP Finland in 2021.

Originally joining SAP in 2000 as Sales Manager, Mika Tanner was promoted to Nordic Services Director in 2006 with the overall business responsibility for SAP Education Services in the Nordic and Baltic markets. In 2008 he expatriated to Paris assuming a Services Director position in SAP France & North Africa until March 2011 when he repatriated to Finland joining Bilot as CEO.

Managing Director SAP Norway

Chris Berry
Managing Director, SAP Sweden

Chris Berry is Managing Director of SAP Sweden since September 1, 2021 – a position he already held during 2015-2018. A seasoned leader with +30 years in the software industry, Chris is an acknowledged expert in enterprise systems and has a passion for bringing Swedish companies of all sizes to benefit from the value a holistic digital business approach offers. As a hugely experienced still humble leader he strives to continuously develop his 220 employees in Sweden and to coach SAP Sweden’s several hundred customer companies and their leaders. Chris is a long-time fervent advocate of open data-based cooperation between companies as a means to stimulate and accelerate joint powers of innovation and competitivity. Enforced by the pandemic but also by an increased corporate strive for sustainability, he believes now is the time that companies need to put this superpower of networked data into practice in order to tackle complex challenges, like sustainable sourcing & operations, resilient and transparent supply chains and to accommodate the demand for new flexible ways how people wish to work today. 

As MD of SAP Sweden Chris is also a member of SAP’s Nordic Leadership Team. Before his time at SAP, he had several executive positions with Oracle, HP, Acando, ABB and other software companies.

Line Danielsen
Executive Assistant

Line Danielsen serves as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for SAP Nordic & Baltic and for the Nordic Leadership Team since May 2021. Her tasks include to oversee and coordinate the Nordic leadership team agendas and support the business decision-making process with data, content and processes. On top, Line leads strategic Nordic projects. Line joined SAP in 2009 as Management Support Specialist and Sales Operations supporting the Norwegian country manager. In 2016 Line was promoted to  Nordic COO Executive Assistant. She has a bachelor degree in marketing with focus on market communications, and has also studied sociology and media, and worked as a retail consultant for VG and Panasonic before her career at SAP.

John Gunnarson
Head of Mid Market Nordic and Baltics at SAP

John Gunnarson leads a senior team of sales executives based in the 4 Nordic countries and the 3 Baltic states with the objective to grow SAPs Nordic & Baltic business within the Small and Medium Enterprise Business segment. The role as Head of Mid Market also includes the Nordic and Baltics Value Adding Resellers (VAR Partners).

With his passion for business innovation and growth both for his own organization and our customers’ transformation improving paths to market and increasing internal efficiencies are some of the areas he focuses on.

John Gunnarson who joined SAP in January 2013 has previously held Sales positions in TeliaSonera, Oracle, BEA System, Acando, Eastman Software, WM data and Perspective Biosystem Boston.

Leslie Dahl
Nordic & Baltic Head of Sales Operations

Leslie Dahl re-joined SAP in 2022 as the Head of Field Operations for Nordic and Baltic. She is responsible for driving sales productivity across the Nordic and Baltic sales organization, continuously improving our sales processes and Go-To-Market strategy. Previously she has been with SAP for 13 years in roles such as Global Franchise Executive for Deal Management, but also in various leadership roles within Finance (incl. CFO), Sales, and Operations on both Global and Market Unit level.

Rolf Fossum
General Manager SAP Services Nordic and Baltic region

Rolf Fossum has since April 2019 been responsible for SAP Services for the Nordic & Baltic region. He is focusing on positioning SAP services to the region, making SAP’s customers Best Run Businesses and delivering long term sustainable growth and world class results through digital transformation. Rolf Fossum has held numerous positions within SAP since joining SAP in 2005. He has a strong proven track record of strong business development, services sales, consulting and team building.
