Helle Dochedahl has been Managing Director of SAP’s Nordic and Baltic business since May 1, 2021. A 31 year SAP veteran and with Copenhagen as her home base, Helle’s career spans a multitude of executive positions across several geographies. Among others, she served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Nordic & Baltic region 2019-2021 and before that as Vice President EMEA South, heading the Center of Excellence and Presales teams.
Helle Dochedahl today heads the SAP Nordic & Baltic team of approximately 800 employees and has the full financial, employer and governance responsibility of SAP’s Nordic & Baltic Market Unit (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden) across all customer success areas and all solutions, platforms and services. She is and has been the catalyst in developing the Nordic & Baltic customer journeys towards accelerating business value through cloud-centered architecture and services. During her tenure as Nordic & Baltic Managing Director, the employee management trust index has risen considerably, underlining her passion to develop and grow people.
Chief Operating Officer for the Nordic and Baltic region since May 1, 2021 Ari Pussinen leads SAP Nordic’s strategic customer and market development and oversees all customer-centric operations in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
With more than 25 years of varied and relevant sales experience within the IT and software market he has held various management, sales and business development roles across SAP and the broader industry. Whilst also leading with a people first mindset, he brings a wealth of dynamic sales experience to the COO role which supports our field teams in achieving fantastic results across our whole portfolio.
From 2011-2021 Ari led the SAP Nordic & Baltic Midmarket, Ecosystem & Channels organization providing an opportunity for all companies, no matter their size, to become a Best Run Business. Ari has a university degree (MSc) in economics and finance.
Christian Pedersen is leading the Nordic CFO office and he supports local management in the modernization and development of regional infrastructure in financial services. Christian brings along a broad financial background with more than 30 years of experience in several finance roles. Christian first joined SAP in 1999 and has during this time been interim CFO for different countries in the Nordic region and has a good sense of country specific topics and market requirements. He also understands that the requirements of a CFO today means being a partner to the business in terms of transforming, enabling and driving business. Christian holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
Henna Ylitalo is the Head of People & Culture for SAP Nordic & Baltic. She joined SAP in September 2025. Henna leads the People Agenda across the Nordic and Baltic countries, focusing on leadership, employee engagement, and a connected hybrid work experience and acting as a link between social well-being, mental health, and business priorities.
With over 15 years of HR leadership experience in technology-driven organizations, Henna has a strong background in cultural transformation, leadership development, and aligning people strategy with business goals. Prior to SAP, she held senior roles in multi-country environments at Evitec Solutions, Enfo, and Accenture.
As Managing Director, Mikkel Stavnsbo has overall responsibility for SAP's Danish business across all industries, solutions and customers in Denmark, and thus for the collaboration with a large number of Denmark's most significant, best-run and fastest-growing companies. As a member of the Nordic leadership team, he supports SAP's strategy to support all our customers' unique digital business transformations and their ongoing work to reinvent themselves and become intelligent data-driven and, most importantly, sustainable businesses.
With a background from IBM, Mikkel Stavnsbo joined SAP in early 2017. Since then, he has worked to strengthen customer relationships and improve business development, including as Sales Director for Mid Market, focusing on mid-sized companies, which make up 80% of SAP's 400,000+ customers worldwide.
As Managing Director of SAP Finland, Stefan Fröberg is responsible for all sales of SAP solutions, platforms, and services in the Finnish market. Customer success is Fröberg's primary goal, and he aims to enable Finnish companies to smoothly transition to SAP's comprehensive cloud-based SAP Business Suite solutions, including cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, and other cloud solutions for financial-, spend, - supply chain, - human capital and customer experience management as well as integration and data management. This will allow the utilization of real-time, relevant, reliable and responsible data throughout the value chain of customer companies, for example by leveraging AI.
With more than 20 years of experience within retail and IT, Stefan Fröberg joined SAP in 2016 as Senior Solution Sales Executive for Customer Engagement and Commerce. In 2019 has was promoted to SAP Customer Experience Sales Manager for Finland, Sweden and Baltics and has since 2021 headed up the Nordic & Baltic SAP Customer Experience team, where he is leading a team of sales professionals who deliver innovative solutions in areas such as omni-channel, customer engagement, sales, service, business process integration, and digital.
As Managing Director since April 2022 Marius Vetter is overall responsible for the Norwegian organization and sales as well as member of the Nordic Leadership Team.
Before Marius joined SAP in 2014 he worked within finance at Danske Bank. He has held several positions at SAP most recently as Sales Director for the Nordic Digital Sales Organization out of Barcelona.
His demonstrated customer centric approach and strong sales and leadership skills have greatly contributed to coaching teams to sales success and to building strong customer relationships. Together with the Norwegian team, Marius will accelerate SAP customer's transition to the cloud, and ensure that a complete package of SAP solutions and tools are available to support them with their business needs.
Antti Soini is leading SAP Svenska as Managing Director since September 1, 2022. In this role he is responsible for all of SAP Sweden’s customer-facing activities and operations. He is also a member of the SAP Nordic & Baltic Leadership team.
With a long-standing track record in executive roles at SAP and other software companies, Antti brings profound experience of how to advise companies in their digital transformation and how to solve business challenges in multiple industries. His customer-centric and pragmatic attitude coupled with his strong leadership ability are his drivers for creating tangible outcomes for Swedish companies. Together with the Swedish team with people across sales, service and support, Antti focuses on the big corporate challenge of our time: to turn companies into sustainable and intelligent businesses.
Line Danielsen serves as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for SAP Nordic & Baltic and for the Nordic Leadership Team since May 2021. Her tasks include to oversee and coordinate the Nordic leadership team agendas and support the business decision-making process with data, content and processes. On top, Line leads strategic Nordic projects. Line joined SAP in 2009 as Management Support Specialist and Sales Operations supporting the Norwegian country manager. In 2016 Line was promoted to Nordic COO Executive Assistant. She has a bachelor degree in marketing with focus on market communications, and has also studied sociology and media, and worked as a retail consultant for VG and Panasonic before her career at SAP.
John Gunnarson leads a senior team of sales executives based in the 4 Nordic countries and the 3 Baltic states with the objective to grow SAPs Nordic & Baltic business within the Small and Medium Enterprise Business segment. The role as Head of Mid Market also includes the Nordic and Baltics Value Adding Resellers (VAR Partners).
With his passion for business innovation and growth both for his own organization and our customers’ transformation improving paths to market and increasing internal efficiencies are some of the areas he focuses on.
John Gunnarson who joined SAP in January 2013 has previously held Sales positions in TeliaSonera, Oracle, BEA System, Acando, Eastman Software, WM data and Perspective Biosystem Boston.
Leslie Dahl re-joined SAP in 2022 as the Head of Field Operations for Nordic and Baltic. She is responsible for driving sales productivity across the Nordic and Baltic sales organization, continuously improving our sales processes and Go-To-Market strategy. Previously she has been with SAP for 13 years in roles such as Global Franchise Executive for Deal Management, but also in various leadership roles within Finance (incl. CFO), Sales, and Operations on both Global and Market Unit level.
Rolf Fossum has since April 2019 been responsible for SAP Services for the Nordic & Baltic region. He is focusing on positioning SAP services to the region, making SAP’s customers Best Run Businesses and delivering long term sustainable growth and world class results through digital transformation. Rolf Fossum has held numerous positions within SAP since joining SAP in 2005. He has a strong proven track record of strong business development, services sales, consulting and team building.
