Martin Schirmer
Managing Director Nordics

 

Martin is the Managing Director of SAP in the Nordic and Baltic Region. Martin first joined SAP in 1995 and brings 20 years of international SAP experience. He held various Executive positions in SAP Africa and Europe including Head of Sales for SAP UKI in 2014. Before
coming back to SAP, Martin worked as Regional Vice President, Continental Europe at Workday. Martin has Honors in Accounting and Finance and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

SAP digital transformation strategy across all industries, lines of business and company sizes provides us with an extraordinary growth opportunity particularly in the Nordic and Baltic region where the appetite to digitize and to be early adopters is high. Customer centricity and executing with the right level of focus, energy and passion will ensure we achieve our goals.

Johan Made
Head of Cloud & LoB Nordic and Baltics

 

Johan Made joined SAP in September 2016 as the leader of the Nordic Cloud organization, he is responsible for SAP Cloud in the Nordic and Baltic Region. The Nordic Cloud business is growing steadily at a double-digit rate, Johan will intensify SAP’s efforts within Cloud and will secure seamless leadership of the Nordic Cloud business. Prior to the position at SAP, Johan Made held the position as CEO of the Swedish software company Barium AB. In addition, he has held numerous other executive positions within the IT industry with companies such as IBM, Oracle and Genpact. Johan is based in Stockholm.

Lars Bruun Larsen
Head of Global Support

Lars is head of Enterprise Support & Premium Engagements organization at SAP Nordic and Baltics. Lars and his teams focusing on continuously develop, improve and deliver SAP lifetime support offerings for the customers in Nordic and Baltics:(1) SAP Enterprise Support utilizes a remote engagement methodology, with the goal of empowering customers, so they can get the most out of their investment in SAP. (2) SAP ActiveEmbedded delivers a unique combination of on-site services provided by an embedded support team and engineering services. (3) SAP MaxAttention provides a strategic partnership for continuous business improvements and co-innovation in a safe manner. Within these engagements, we are actively managing the end-2-end value chains across business and IT, and supporting customers in the digital transformation journey.

Per Haakon Lomsdalen
Chief Operating Officer, Nordic & Baltics

Per Haakon Lomsdalen is Chief Operating Officer covering Nordic & Baltics. With more than 15 years comprehensive experience in the IT industry and over 10 years with IBM and large companies in various executive positions in Norway and Nordics, Per Haakon has a profound knowledge of the software business and local markets. During his career he has developed special expertise in the database, information management and analytics areas of the software business, and has a passion about building, educating and managing ecosystems. Per Haakon has a master in Strategic Marketing from Handelshøyskolen BI, Oslo.

Stefano Holguin
Country Manager Norway

Stefano started at SAP as Nordic Head of Innovation autumn 2015. April 2016 he moved on as Country Manager Norway, where he strives to unlock the business potential of the SAP platform and cloud offerings in an economically challenging environment. He believes the combination of innovation and simplification is the best way to improve customer processes and success. His passion is applying technology to solve real business challenges.
Before coming to SAP, Stefano led HP’s software division in Norway, Finland and the Baltics. Prior to that, he has held several management positions at IBM software division. With more than 20 years of solid experience from the IT business covering roles from developer and technical manager to business developer, sales and marketing, he has a solid understanding of what makes the business run better. Stefano holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University.

Chris Berry
Country Manager Sweden

Chris Berry is responsible for all SAP Sweden’s activities towards SAP’s customers in Sweden and was appointed country manager Sweden in November 2015. Prior to joining SAP, Chris was managing director Sweden at Oracle. He has a comprehensive and successful record from sales, consulting and transformation. His professional experience spans 30 years in the IT industry, including executive positions at Oracle, HP, ABB, Acando and e-motion Technology.
Chris has a background as pilot and officer in the British Airforce. What he favours: to discuss achievement of pragmatic business value with c-level executives, and how companies today can transform and succeed in a digital economy. Fan of strategic open software innovation, which evidently has the power both to simplify and transform companies’ businesses and decision-making across all enterprise areas.

Lars Bang
Head of Business Analytics, Nordic & Baltics

Lars Guldberg Bang joined SAP in 2016 and is responsible for Business Analytics in the Nordic and Baltic region. Prior to SAP, Lars held the position as Nordic Sales Director of Business Analytics in IBM. He has accumulated rich experience and made significant achievements in sales solutions for analytics over the years and strongly believes that analytics will be part of every solution in the future and in any boardroom. “Data is the new raw material being produced through customer transactions or transactions between digital devices and machines, and as with any other raw material, it only provides value when refined. This is where Analytics plays a pivotal role in creating that value for our customers”. Lars holds a degree in Management of Informatics & Economics from Copenhagen Business School and has more than 20 years of experience within the IT and consulting industry. In addition, he is member of the board in several non-IT Danish companies.

Anders Feddersen
Country Manager Denmark

Anders Feddersen as Country Manager Denmark has the overarching responsibility for SAP’s operations in Denmark and Danish software sales across all customers and all industries. As part of the Nordic Leadership Team he supports the Nordic execution of SAP’s “Run Simple” strategy to provide customers with simple solutions to complex business challenges. With his more than 20 years in the IT industry, Anders has a wealth of sales and management knowledge, stretching from COO to Strategic customer roles on Nordic and Denmark level. Anders holds a university degree in Mechanical Engineering from Denmark’s Technical University.

Taira Tepponen
Country Manager Finland

Taira Tepponen leads SAP Finland as Country Manager. She has the full responsibility of our Finnish sales business across all innovative SAP platforms and solutions.With more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in the IT industry, including 13 years with SAP in various Sales positions as Account Executive within Retail, Consumer Products, Public, Financial and Services industries as well as Global Account Director for Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks, Taira has a profound knowledge of the software business and the Finnish market. For the past three years Taira has successfully driven our Strategic Customer Program (SCP) on Nordic level managing customer relations with SAP’s top 16 customer accounts.

Maj Britt Andersen
Vice President HR & Transformation, EMEA & HR Director, Nordic & Baltics

Maj Britt Andersen is European HR Director at SAP. Her responsibilities include the overall management of HR activities in the UK, Ireland, France, Holland, Scandinavia & Baltics, Benelux, Italy and Iberia. Additionally she holds the position as Nordic HR Director. In this latter position Maj Britt won the prestigious title "Bedste danske personalechef i 2005", which she was awarded by the PID (Human Resource Managers in Denmark ) for her work in making HR a true "Business Partner " for the company. Maj Britt has been a member of the Nordic Leadership Team since 2004 and the European HR Leadership team since 2005. She is responsible for activities related to HR transformation, change management, organizational and leadership development.

Ellen Vig Nelausen
Senior Executive Communications
& Business Manager

As Senior Executive Communications & Business Manager Ellen Vig Nelausen supports the Managing Director for the Nordic & Baltic Region Martin Schirmer in closing business with enterprises in all the Nordic and Baltic countries enabling digital transformation across industries and companies of all sizes.

Joining SAP in 2002 Ellen has held various positions working with Small and Midsize Enterprises, Partners and Channels, Business Analytics as well as Key Accounts. Since 2010 she has in addition focused on Employee Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Ellen holds a Master Degree in International Business Communications from CBS - Copenhagen Business School.

Christian Pedersen
CFO, Nordic & Baltic region

Christian Pedersen is leading the Nordic CFO office and he supports local management in the modernization and development of regional infrastructure in financial services. Christian brings along a broad financial background with more than 30 years of experience in several finance roles.  Christian first joined SAP in 1999 and has during this time been interim CFO for different countries in the Nordic region and has a good sense of country specific topics and market requirements. He also understands that the requirements of a CFO today means being a partner to the business in terms of transforming, enabling and driving business. Christian holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

Ari Pussinen
Director General Business and Partner Ecosystem, Nordic & Baltics

Ari Pussinen heads the Nordic Ecosystem & Channels organization who works together with the whole ecosystem around SAP to drive increased customer value and revenue growth.Partners and Alliances of various sizes in the Nordic and Baltic countries are a key element of success for SAP, and the importance of channel business ranks very high in the SAPs strategy going forward. Ari, who joined SAP in 2011, has a university degree (MSc) in economics and finance and almost twenty years of experience within information technology and software, having had various management, sales and business development roles in companies like BEA Systems and Oracle.

Jesper Schleimann
Chief Technology Officer,
Nordic & Baltic region

Jesper started as the Nordic CTO in January 2016 and is focusing on helping customers simplify their digital transformation. Jesper has a background of business development and sales positions in companies like CSC and SAS Institute before joining SAP in 2010  where he has held different managerial positions. In his role as Nordic CTO, Jesper’s mission is to help customers unlock their business potential by simplifying their digital transformation enabled by the SAP Digital Enterprise Platform and cloud offerings. By helping our clients navigate the journey to the digital economy and bridging the gap from their existing landscapes to their desired strategy he seeks to add a business value focus to the digital discussion and strengthen the alignment with the overall strategy of the enterprise.
Jesper has a Cand.polit. from the University of Copenhagen as well as an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

Jens Feilberg
Marketing Director,
Nordic & Baltic region

Jens Feilberg started as the Nordic & Baltic Marketing Director at SAP in May 2015. Previously Jens worked as Sales & Marketing Director at Lumigon and had Nordic and global roles in marketing at Nokia, Bang & Olufsen, Sony Ericsson and Initiative Universal McCann. With his solid experience and background in sales and marketing, Jens is focused on the customer experience and his mission is to take digital and social to the next level - focusing even more on digital, innovative and meaningful marketing and partner programs. Jens holds an Executive MBA in marketing and strategy from INSEAD and London University.

Kjetil Kverne
Head of Nordic Presales

Kjetil Kverne is responsible for the Nordic presales organization and is part of the EMEA presales leadership team. He joined SAP in 2002 and has held various roles at SAP.  The SAP presales organization provides product and industry expertise in customer engagements and act as a trusted advisor to the customer. Through discovery sessions, design thinking workshops, solution demonstrations and executive presentations, presales design and explain the value of SAP software solutions. Kjetil holds a master's degree in economics and business administration from the University of Mannheim and has more than twenty years of experience within the information technology and consulting industry.

Anne Haaber-Bernth
Nordic Head of SAP Digital Business Services

 

Anne Haaber-Bernth was appointed Nordic Head of SAP Digital Business Services on July 1, 2016, after having successfully led SAP:s service organization in Sweden. In her role as Nordic Head she is also responsible for the customer- and demand-driven development of SAP:s service and support offerings in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
As the digital economy is redefining everything, SAP is creating new solutions for the digital era, and the role of Digital Business Services are to partner with our customers to help them make the most out of these innovations based on their unique needs and goals, by guiding them at every stage of their digital transformation. What drives Anne is to find the right combination of services to enable each and every customer – from strategic business consultancy to implementation and support models – to successfully digitize and change. The pressure on enterprises of all sizes to both increase innovation ability as well as the power for fact-based insights across all business areas demands agile and holistic services, from strategy to operations. Anne has profound experience of leading change projects within Nordic enterprises, amongst others from IBM and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She has a master degree in engineering from the Swedish Royal Technical University and a MBA from Stockholm Business School.

Jørn Bo Jacobsen  
Nordic Head of Database and Data Management (DDM)

Jørn Bo Jacobsen rejoined SAP as Nordic head of Database and Data Management on December 1, 2016. He is a seasoned and passionate IT sales executive, who successfully led SAP Denmark as Country Manager 2011-2014 and was the first Nordic Head of Cloud Business in 2014. He comes from a role as Managing Director at EMC and is known for his value-centric approach with customers and his inspiring leadership style. With a proven record of accomplishment from senior leadership and management positions within executive search and leading IT companies like Oracle, BEA Systems and CA, Jacobsen knows how to lead people and teams towards developing and delivering large and complex solutions of high value to clients. Running the DDM business in the Nordic region will now enable him to show full commitment and innovative approaches to boost SAP as trusted platform provider to the customers.

Anders Schyllert  
Head of Strategic Customer Program

Anders Schyllert is responsible for the Nordic Strategic Customer Program and will be focusing on supporting SAP’s top tier customers in the region. Anders has more than twenty years of experience within the information technology industry and holds a long record of accomplishment within leadership roles in companies like IBM, SAS Institute and SAP. He first joined SAP in 2007 and led the company as Country Manager from 2008 until he left in 2015. Before rejoining the company in January 2017, he held the position as Managing Director of 4C Strategies. Anders studied at the University of Gothenburg.

Jesper Illum
Head of Nordic Financial Services
 
Jesper Illum is working as Nordic Head of Financial Services and is responsible for strategy, partner cooperation and building C - level relations across Nordic FSI companies. Jesper has a solid record with 18 years of working for American and English Financial Services companies and his experience includes operations, sales, business development and management. Before leaving SAP in 2016, he worked 5 years on building up the FSI territory in Denmark. During that time, he managed to be one of the first to sell CRM on HANA globally and one of the first to sell BW on HANA to Danish FSI customers. Before rejoining SAP in 2017 he worked as Nordic Sales Director at Smart Business Process Automation. He holds a degree in Sales and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School.
