Our five-step framework is oriented toward new implementations. For existing applications, it provides guidance on training new users and expanding skill sets, as well as pinpointing knowledge gaps and developing content to resolve them. 

Step one: prepare project teams and key users for SAP solutions

Train the teams who will set up, manage, and support the new platform and teach others how to use it. Early on in the project, you must also identify, engage with, and train key technical and business-side users who will help define system configuration, business process and workflow design, and the layout of individual screens.

Step three: adopt and train end-users

Equip end-users with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed with the new platform. Step four: measure progress and remediate problems

Collect and analyze real-time software interaction data from users’ desktops and mobile devices. This enables you to measure adoption rates, pinpoint problems, determine root causes, and guide content authors in creating additional, targeted training to optimize user performance.
