SAP Personal Data Manager is a re-use service on SAP Business Technology Platform that supports the DPP information framework. It allows you to identify data subjects and inform them about which of their personal data is stored and used by an application and process requests from the data subject.
This service is available via the Pay-As-You-Go for SAP BTP and CPEA payment models, which offer usage-based pricing.
Overview
Manage the Personal Data of Data Subjects
Identify data subjects and inform them of which of their personal data is stored and used by applications. The application is accessible to a customer service representative who, on behalf of the data subject, can provide the information to the data subjects.
Export Personal Data in Human-readable or Machine-readable Format
Provide data portability capabilities to the end user with export features. The export of personal data is offered in PDF format which is a human-readable format and is also offered in XML and JSON which are machine-readable formats.
Correct or Delete Personal Data
Provides the capability to trigger a request to edit or correct personal data as well as the capability to delete personal data in an application.

Manage Personal Data Application
Manage data subject personal data through the Manage Personal Data Application. The application is accessible to a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can manage an end user's personal data on their behalf and cater to any requests the data subjects would have.
Information Report of Personal Data
Provide a view to the Customer Service Representative (CSR) of all personal data stored in an application with whom the data subject is doing business. This will help the CSR manage the data subject’s personal data.
Deletion of Personal Data
Data subjects can contact a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and request their personal data be deleted from an application with whom they are doing business.
Export of Personal Data
Choose an option to export personal data; the export can be either triggered over an e-mail or could be directly downloaded onto a browser. The format of the export can be either PDF, JSON or XML.
