ITS - Supplier Quotation Portal
The quotation portal assists the buyer when requesting quotations from the supplier. The portal is secure, as the supplier has no access to the portal, only the quotation that is sent to it, and it cannot perform any action other than entering a value in the quotation. The purpose of the quotes portal is the agility of the return of a quotation as well as the rapid comparison of quotations between suppliers speeding up the purchase process. The quotes portal has no integration with SAP Ariba.
The Quotation Portal performs the complete quotation process workflow, making it quick and easy to make a quotation with the suppliers. The portal streamlines the process of sending and receiving bids, approval and forms structured according to the information previously registered. All quotations history are available at any time to visualize.
Overview
Create a quotation
Creating the online quotation and sent to the vendor immediately. The supplier will receive an email.To enter your quotation and then it will be automatically sent to the quotation portal.

The Supplier Quotation Portal can be ingrated with SAP solution or not. The quotation portal does not integrate with SAP Ariba.
