After termination, we'll send a note to the Employee's personal email on file
Process your termination in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and we'll handle the rest. The former employee will receive a friendly, personalized welcome e-mail with a link. A couple of clicks later and they are able to download everything they need.
Payroll data security is baked into our design
We do not store Personal Identifiable Information; all data lives in your payroll system. Our APIs use the highest security protocols to call the pay data only when the employee views it. Once the session is ended, we have no way to access the sensitive data on the PDFs.
Prevent unauthorized access with built-in 2-Factor Authentication
To avoid prying eyes, we require all terminated employees logging into the system to confirm the last four digits of their National ID. Access is locked after three failed attempts. In that case, an admin can verify the former employee's identity and unlock it.
