Efficient material image upload for streamlining business processes

Our add-on facilitates the simultaneous upload of all material images, thereby conserving time and enhancing the overall efficiency of the business process. Following the upload of images into the standard WebDAV folder and the scheduling of a mass data run, our program autonomously executes the importation of all data through the backend job.

The entire procedure is characterized by its simplicity and user-friendliness. It necessitates that all images stored within the WebDAV folder be named in accordance with the product IDs within SAP Business ByDesign. This straightforward requirement suffices for our program to autonomously allocate and upload the images to their respective materials based on the designated names.

Our package encompasses an additional WorkCentre, integrating all pertinent functions such as importation, replacement, or removal within a singular interface. To import images, customers are not required to incur additional costs for SFTP, FTP, or any other storage database. Our solution seamlessly integrates with the standard WebDAV function, an inherent component of every SAP Business ByDesign subscription.

Verify material consistency

We offer an extra function for material consistency checks. Through an additional mass data run, users can verify the correct upload of images. This feature scans the WebDAV folder to determine image-product compatibility.
