What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate SAP Sales Cloud for its seamless integration within the SAP ecosystem, which eliminates data silos and connects core systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, and SAP Service Cloud. This integration allows for a 360-degree view of customer data and real-time data accuracy. I also like the Guided Selling and AI-Driven Insights features that act like an intelligent assistant, directing sales teams through effective steps to close deals. Prescriptive next-best actions help in advancing deals faster, and AI analytics facilitate dynamic playbooks and prioritized pipeline management. These features significantly boost productivity and help close deals faster. I also find the initial setup easy, which is an added advantage.

Powerful SAP Integration and Forecasting, But Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love this platform for its robust capability with its SAP ecosystem supporting the Platform. Its capability of tracking sales progress and the ability to monitor makes it a powerful platform tending to the users needs. Its powerful forecasting assist in informed decision allowing teams to focus on areas that the organization needs to take care of. The availability of dashboards makes monitoring of pipeline easier and effective.

Powerful CRM with Complex Setup Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I use SAP Sales Cloud to manage the entire sales cycle, and it really helps our team with tracking customer interactions and managing sales pipelines. I appreciate how it connects perfectly with other SAP systems like SAP S/4HANA, allowing a seamless view of customer's information such as credit limits and past orders within the same screen. I also really like the 'Intelligent Lead Scoring,' where AI helps our sales team identify which leads are most likely to close, saving us time and effort. Additionally, it eliminates data silos, providing a 360-degree view of customer information across departments. The automation of repetitive tasks like lead routing and follow-up scheduling allows us to focus more on selling, which I find very valuable.
