- Access to any project documentation, including branding guidelines
- System architecture diagram for items connecting to SAP Cloud Service

- License and configuration details for Google Tag Manager
- Completed initial system setup questionnaire
- Provide sample data by a mutually agreed-upon date
- Access to source code repository where code will be stored
- S-User for SAP to create tickets on behalf of Customer
