My SAP journey started in November 2013 as an Ariba customer support specialist, one year after relocating to Prague from my native India. This job introduced me to Ariba - the world’s largest B2B network. We were a global team of passionate individuals with one goal in mind – to provide a “wow” service to our customers.
I was fortunate to be surrounded by people who inspired me to be at my best and soon grew up to become a Team Leader in the EMEA Customer Support team. It was a great opportunity to be a part of the management team which drove strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and people development.

In 2016 I moved to Ariba's Network Enablement team as Supplier Program Coordinator and had the opportunity to study PRINCE2 to strengthen my skill set in project management. This job also helped me think ahead and plan my career.
This propelled me to move into the Customer Success organization in 2018 as Customer Success Manager, where I was the point of contact for Ariba's premium customers, travelling to meet C-level stakeholders.
After two years of steering customer success in that role, I got an opportunity to step back into people management in the Network Enablement Team as Head of EMEA Supplier Onboarding team.
Then the unpredicted happened. The pandemic turned our daily lives fully virtual. We focused on team spirit and my diverse, multi-locational and fully virtual team managed to manoeuvre through the challenges. Despite the odds, we expanded our service portfolio and rolled out successful new services for Ariba customers based on their business needs.
In 2021, I joined the EMEA Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) Supplier Adoption team which oversees the Network Enablement of direct material supply chain customers. As a Senior Supplier Education Lead, I collaborated both internally with different SAP Ariba teams and externally with buyer customers to develop and execute the SCC Supplier educational strategy.

When I came across an opportunity to lead the SAP EMEA HR Direct team, my manager supported me and encouraged me to follow my passion for people management and that's where I am now. My team is managing the 1st and 2nd level of HR contact for over 50000 SAP employees in more than 100 locations in 40+ countries of the EMEA/MEE region. Our motto is to Champion Employee Experiences.
Here I am after 8 years of learning and growth and finding myself through following my passion and life purpose. SAP gave me my identity and the people around me motivated and inspired me to be where I am. If I were to conclude this with a message I trust in, it would be this: Be yourself and believe in yourself! It is by this that you find yourself and follow your heart. Dreams come true and in SAP it does for sure!
