Overview
Simple declarations with localised declaration file formats
You can export the monthly declaration data in the format most relevant for the country you are submitting the declaration to, so for example XML IDEV for Germany saving you time and streamlining your monthly submission. Additional country formats can be added as required.
Extendable so it grows with your business
As we have built the solution from the ground up, we can easily add additional export formats for different authorities or specific formats for your own internal use because all the relevant data is captured and only those matching the analysis filters is exported. This means that if you need to add an additional intrastat declaration for another EU country you do not need to purchase another solution.
Minimal configuration required to submit your first intrastat declaration
Developed using the Cloud Application Studio our intrastat solution is fully integrated and part of SAP Business ByDesign meaning that, out of the box, the relevant data is automatically copied to our solution ready for analysis with only minimal configuration required to be up and running.

Save time on your monthly intrastat declarations
Within a single screen available from the SAP Business ByDesign menu you can quickly pull together all the relevant transactions for the month for which you are submitting your declaration and with built-in support for country specific file formats you are able to directly upload to the authorities
Includes all processes covered by intrastat reporting
The solution captures all the required data from your deliveries (inbound, outbound and third party) and invoices (customer and supplier) including products and services as required.
Refresh missing intrastat data before filing your declaration
If you've forgotten to set a commodity code for a material, or forgot to set your mode of transport or statistical value rules before you started transacting for the month then you can easily refresh these values at a push of button!
