KPIs overview
The home screen shows an overview of the data to be highlighted. It currently shows information about the profit rate, the proposals, and the success rate. The information is divided into rows, and each row is made up of four columns. The first column describes what information is displayed in the row. In the second, information according to the current year. The third column shows the information for the current month. And finally, the last one shows the ranking of the most influential countries for the current month.
Region Map view
Default view in which the world map is displayed by region. Each region is selectable to visualize different data of interest of the company proposals in a specific country. Introducing the filters that the user wishes, the following calculations can be obtained: - View of the exclusive offers of that country - Ratio Proposals Awarded - Total Ratio euros Awarded/bid
Different Chart View
Another way to analyze data, in which you can see in percentages the current situation of the bids, the rate of success, the most repeated words in the proposals names with bar graphs, and the countries with greater weight because of the proposal. FUNNEL-CHART VIEW Another way to analyze data, in which you can see in percentages the ratio of successful bids and the current situation of the bids in percentages (Available for Nº of proposals and Euro (€) bid). WORLD CLOUD VIEW Allows you to analyze which words have been the most repeated in the offer names. On one hand, in the word cloud, the most repeated words are the largest and the least repeated are the smallest. On the other hand, you can analyze this information with bar graphs, where you can see the number of times each word is repeated. TREE-MAP VIEW Tree-Map visualization by countries and weight of offers, giving greater size in the map to those countries with greater weight. (Available for Nº of proposals and Euro (€) bid)
