In line with SAP’s commitment to customer continuity, your organization will continue to receive full support for currently licensed SAP MaxAttention, SAP ActiveAttention, and SAP Value Assurance offerings throughout the duration of your existing contract terms.

For customers with cloud solutions: At the upcoming renewal of your SAP MaxAttention, SAP ActiveAttention, or SAP Value Assurance contract, SAP is offering your organization the opportunity to transition to the new success plans.

For customers with on-premises solutions: At the upcoming renewal of your SAP MaxAttention, SAP ActiveAttention, or SAP Value Assurance contract, SAP is offering the opportunity to transition to an on-premises-specific version of your premium engagement contract.
