Overview
Reduce instructors' administrative workload for attendance tracking
Instructors or training administrators can quickly and easily capture attendance of class participants using QR code scanning. Participants can log their attendance using mobile devices with a personal QR code on their access badge or a class-generated QR code. All tracked data is immediately available in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Track attendance of all virtual classroom participants
Ensure attendance tracking of any classroom training, including virtual classroom training. Share a temporary link or QR code so virtual participants can indicate their presence, even remotely. This solution works for any virtual class system. Identification is secured through the CIS-based authentication, so you know who attended your virtual classes.
Get in touch with your participants
Instructors can contact participants using the built-in email capability, for example to inform the participants to take their laptop with them into class. Future capabilities will include document sharing and other interactive features.

Scan QR codes to track attendance
Instructors can scan participants’ personal QR codes printed on their access badge. Alternatively, participants can confirm their attendance in a virtual classroom scanning a shared class QR code or via a link.
Send emails to class participants
Instructors can send emails to participants in upcoming or past classes using the built-in email capability. Additionally, administrators can notify internal and external instructors to inform them about their schedule classes.
Use any camera-enabled device
Everyone can use their preferred, camera-enabled device. Administrators can use a PC to activate the class, instructors can use their laptop or mobile device to work with the solution, and participants can use their iOS or Android mobile device to confirm attendance.
