Send notifications automatically to tenants sales responsible
The tenant's sales responsible are automatically notified by email to regularly enter the sales reports due and reminded in case of delay. Direct access to the SAP Cloud is uncomplicated by means of the email links included. Therefore the tenant is always up-to-date about his activities.
Keep records of tenants' transactions
All activities are logged. This provides evidence of the request to record sales figures, including assortments and periods, as well as which sales figures were recorded or changed. In addition, the reminders are also managed in order to recognize whether the tenant is late in reporting his sales.
Benefit from SAP Cloud Standards in authentication of users
With the SAP Cloud Subaccount, you benefit in the authentication of users in the cloud which is fully provided by SAP Cloud Identity Services. The SAP Cloud user accounts are automatically created based on the email addresses of the tenant's sales responsible.

The tenant is provided with his reported sales figures based on the rhythm of his sales-based or variable rent contracts. The sales figures made available as a download.
Notify tenants when their sales reports are due
The tenant defines easily his sales responsible; those will be authenticated for SAP Cloud logon. If the sales reports are due, notifications, also reminders, are sent out by email, including the direct link for recording in our SAP Cloud application.
