Prepare and execute customer interaction
Prepare each visit with an action plan by thoroughly reviewing the visit list, accounts receivable statement, customer master data, sales history, among others. Execute the visits by accepting payments, registering store audits, taking orders, invoicing, taking surveys, collecting competitors' info.
Execute the closure of the customer visits during the working session
Execute all end-of-day tasks to close the working session, assigning no-visit reasons to all no-visited customers, reviewing KPIs, and executing truck inventory counting and pre-settlement before transmitting the final data to the SAP ERP.
