The event is available to all adults ages 21 years and older.

 

SAP reserves the right to cancel an attendee’s registration or request that an attendee leave the event if that individual engages in competitive, harmful, or disruptive behavior.

 

If an attendee is notified that their registration has been canceled, it’s the attendee’s responsibility to make the necessary changes to hotel and travel arrangements.

The conference takes place at the Fontainebleau and Resorts World venues in Las Vegas, Nevada, October 6–8, 2025.

  • Monday, October 6: 4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday, October 7: 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

  • Wednesday, October 8: 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Registration information

If you have received a formal invitation from SAP to attend the event, your invitation will include a link to accept, which will start the registration process. Or, register now.

 

You will need an SAP.com account to register. With an SAP.com account, you can register for SAP events and access resources such as trial software, analyst reports, and product road maps.

 

Register with an existing SAP.com account:

  1. Select the Register now link below.
  2. Enter the email linked to your SAP.com account. You'll be redirected to the SAP Universal ID login page.
  3. Enter your SAP account credentials. You may be prompted to review and update your account data if required information is missing.
  4. Accept the Conference Terms & Conditions.

 

Register by creating a new SAP.com account:

  1. Select the Register now link below and enter your email address. Shared email addresses will not be accepted.
  2. Complete and submit the account registration form. A challenge-response test may be required for security verification.
  3. Check your email for an account activation link, which will be valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, restart the registration process, resubmit the form, and request a new activation email by selecting the corresponding link under the email field.
  4. Select the activation link in your email. You’ll be prompted to create a password and accept the SAP Universal ID terms of use. After you submit your password, you'll be redirected back to the event registration page.
  5. Accept the Conference Terms & Conditions.

There are no passes only for the show floor. There are no one-day passes available for attendees.

No, the conference does not offer discounts to students.

Yes, SAP Connect Las Vegas will honor a government rate to bona-fide employees of a federal, state, or local government entity, including public higher education institutions. Within the registration process, you'll be able to select the checkbox that states you wish to participate at the public sector rate. All attendees registering under the government rate will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of employment upon check-in.

Attendees aren't allowed to bring guests to the event.

You can obtain your confirmation e-mail by accessing your registration using the “Access My Registration” function. Once you’ve accessed your registration, you’ll be able to e-mail yourself a copy of your confirmation e-mail.

Registration for the conference includes access to all business presentations, show floor experiences, session offerings, product demonstrations, food and beverages provided on the show floor, and evening events included in the event agenda.

We accept payment by credit card only. Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. We are unable to make exceptions. If you have any questions concerning this information, send an e-mail to email address support@sapevents.com.

You can obtain a registration receipt by re-accessing your registration using the Access My Registration function. You will need your confirmation number or the e-mail address you used to register, along with the password you created in the registration process. Once in your registration, you can e-mail yourself a copy of your registration receipt.

Substitutions are permitted for full-conference paid attendees only, and with someone from the same company. There is no service fee for name change substitutions if the payment information stays the same. A US$150 service fee will apply to any substitutions requiring payment changes.

 

To initiate a substitution, access your registration using the “Access My Registration” function and click on the “Substitute Registration” link.

 

Substitutions will not automatically update your hotel reservation. Please contact your hotel directly for changes.

Notification of registration cancelation must be made by e-mail to support@sapevents.com where you must reference the registration confirmation number. Regrettably, cancelation requests can't be taken over the phone or other media.

Please note that canceling a conference registration will not cancel a hotel reservation.

A US$350 fee applies to registration cancelations made on or before Friday, September 5, 2025. Refund requests received after Friday, September 5, 2025 will not be honored.

 

Registration cancelations must be submitted by e-mail to support@sapevents.com, where you must reference the registration confirmation number.

 

Regrettably, cancelation requests cannot be taken over the phone or other media.

Account management and support information

Your SAP Universal ID serves as a wallet for managing your SAP user identities. It ensures easy access to your account, learning certificates, and community content.

  1. Using a Google Chrome browser, open an incognito window and go to account.sap.com.
  2. Enter your email address and Universal ID password. Select Verify Account.
  3. You’ll receive an email with a verification code; enter the code.
  4. Add noreply-uid@sap.com to your safe sender list. If you don’t receive the account activation email, you may request a code up to three times by resubmitting the account registration form. If you exceed the number of attempts, contact the support team.

Use the SAP Universal ID Account Manager to manage your linked accounts, personal data, and security and privacy settings.

If you still face challenges, please create an official support ticket for the support team to investigate further.

You can make changes in the SAP Universal ID Account Manager. If you use multiple email addresses, be sure to assign one as your primary address and to maintain the email addresses of any users linked to your SAP Universal ID.

Sponsor and partner information

In alignment with the SAP Connect program goals and capacity limitations, opportunities to sponsor are by invitation. SAP carefully considered which partners would be the best fit for the SAP Connect audience based on several factors, such as joint revenue, customer input, audience acquisition goals, SAP leadership recommendations, and content alignment.

In alignment with the event goals and capacity limitations, in-person attendance for partners is primarily for sponsors. If you are from a sponsoring company, reach out to your internal sponsorship lead to inquire about passes from the sponsorship package.

 

If you are not a sponsor, you can apply for a limited number of non-sponsor passes for purchase as part of the registration process. Applications will be reviewed and approved on a rolling basis starting August 1, 2025.

All partners are welcome to register and join us for the virtual free event – highlighting event keynotes, general sessions, and access to on-demand breakout sessions.

Yes, the SAP Partner Summit will take place Monday, October 6, from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at Resorts World in Las Vegas.

 

Holders of Sponsor and Partner conference badges for SAP Connect are eligible to register for and attend Partner Summit. Eligible attendees will be prompted to RSVP to SAP Partner Summit as a part of their conference registration. There is no additional cost for Partner Summit. Customer badges do not include Partner Summit.

 

Partners also have the option to only attend Partner Summit at SAP Connect. If you plan to be in Vegas, but do not have an SAP Connect badge, this is a great option to participate in our event exclusively for partners.

 

Hotel, transportation and parking

The SAP Connect housing deadline has now passed. To book a hotel, please search for hotel availability and book accommodation via our trusted partner aRes Travel. Please contact your hotel directly to modify or cancel an existing reservation.

No, the registration fee includes access to the conference but does not include hotel accommodation.

The two conference hotels are the Fontainebleau and Resorts World Las Vegas, Nevada. This is where the conference is taking place.

There are two hotels for this event. We do our best to accommodate your preference. It is possible that capacity at the hotel your colleague prefers had been reached, so you were not able to book there.

Contact your hotel directly for changes or cancellations. Any changes to an existing hotel reservation are subject to availability.

 

All hotel cancellations made within three business days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax charged to the credit card on file. Failure to check in to the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the one night's room and tax deposit and the remaining nights of the reservation will be cancelled. SAP will not be responsible for cancellation or no-show charges.

The nearest airport is Harry Reid International Airport.

The airport is approximately 10 minutes from the Fontainebleau and Resorts World Las Vegas, Nevada.

We recommend the following parking options:

  • Fontainebleau, Las Vegas, Nevada

  • Resorts World Las Vegas, Nevada

Shuttles will run all day between the Fontainebleau and Resorts World so attendees can easily get from one location to the other. It is a short 10-minute walk, if attendees prefer to walk.

Yes, complimentary shuttle service will continue to run during celebration night.

Please be aware of unofficial housing solicitations. Please note the only e-mail addresses endorsed by SAP for the conference is support@sapevents.com.  SAP will not be responsible for any reservation made through a different channel that the one provided above.

 

To receive the special hotel rate at the conference hotels for this conference, you must use the SAP Connect Las Vegas official housing link found in your event registration confirmation e-mail. SAP strongly recommends you do not book housing from any company that contacts you by phone or e-mail.

Yes, wireless access will be available at the Fontainebleau & Resorts World. The SSID and password will be provided on the back of your conference badge.

No children are permitted at the conference. You must be 21 or over to attend.

Dress code and attire is business casual. Smart jeans are allowed if not frayed or ripped.

Yes. The multi-faith room location will be shared prior to the event.

Yes. The lactation room location will be shared prior to the event.

There will be a conference mobile app available for attendees of the conference. Details will be provided in future registrant communications.
