Build future skills
We help youth gain essential skills and access to jobs or entrepreneurship pathways, creating a more inclusive and resilient workforce through:
Ecosystem building
We foster strong multistakeholder partnerships, collaborate with leading organizations, and create direct employment opportunities within the SAP ecosystem.
Career exploration
We help youth explore career pathways, develop self-awareness for job planning, and gain hands-on learning experience from industry professionals.
Education
We strengthen employability by investing in education models that open pathways to income—whether through employment or entrepreneurship.
Other initiatives
Tree planting at SAP
SAP is committed to help plant 25 million trees and fund wetland conservation by 2030. This includes supporting partners and communities to reforest a diversity of trees and support forest protection. It also includes funding the conservation and rewetting of coastal and inland wetlands such as bogs and mangrove swamps.
Earth Day
SAP mobilizes employees worldwide for Earth Day through a global volunteer activation. By participating in environmental projects, advancing circular economy initiatives, and reducing our carbon footprint, we unite our workforce to drive real change.
Accelerate impact business
Impact businesses use innovative models to tackle social and environmental issues, reinvesting profits into their mission. We support them in three ways:
Ecosystem building
We advocate for the social and solidarity economy, dedicate financial and non-financial resources, and invest in networks and capacity-building.
Impact-led procurement
We strengthen impact businesses by integrating them into private and public supply chains, making procurement more socially and environmentally responsible.
Pro bono consulting
We help grow the capacity of impact businesses through professional consulting while developing our own employees.
