Mobilized data capture for maintenance technicians
Mobile support for maintenance technicians to remove process bottlenecks, ensure real-time data capture, and increase spanner time. Key system functions are delivered directly to the maintenance technician’s mobile device. System updates are passed to SAP S/4HANA via SAP BTP.
Overview
Remove process bottlenecks and increase spanner time
Enable maintenance technicians to access real-time data and perform key updates directly using a mobile device. Queuing at computer terminals is reduced and more time is available to perform maintenance.
Improve data accuracy and planning efficiency
Immediate access to real-time data and the ability to perform key updates at the same time means that overall data accuracy is improved. Maintenance-planning benefits from this improved data accuracy, leading to overall efficiency gains.
Experience cross platform compatibility
Works on the SAP Mobile Cards client, on both Android and iOS. Maintenance technicians are not constrained by the type of device they use, leading to increased uptake and ease of adoption.
