The standard SAP solution offers Intrastat generation for all localized countries. Our solution extends this capability to encompass non-localized countries. Currently, we support file generation for Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia, adhering to their respective legal structures. Should you require Intrastat for another country, our solution is fully customizable to accommodate any country worldwide.
Overview
Generate specific files based on your country
Each country requires a specific file type, such as CSV or XML, with a distinct structure. For each country, we provide a unique format that includes additional extension fields in standard business documents. In the event of any legal changes, our solution is automatically updated to reflect the latest requirements. Additionally, our solution is fully translated for each country.
Process mass data efficiently for high volume deliveries
In the event that a customer generates a substantial number of outbound or inbound deliveries, we have incorporated a mass data processing function. This function ensures successful processing without impacting system performance. Additionally, we have included an extra WorkCentre where users can monitor the progress of the mass data processing. Upon completion, the WorkCentre provides all relevant details.
We provide comprehensive support and customization for additional countries
In the current version, we support Intrastat for BG, CZ, HR, HU, RO, SI, and SK countries. However, we are prepared to accommodate any additional countries required by our customers. With some additional development, we can create a new function to generate files based on the specific legal structure of the requested country. Furthermore, we can enhance our solution with additional extension fields and provide translations for new languages.

Multiple files for specific country
In accordance with legal regulations, we offer the generation of multiple file formats for specific countries. For instance, in Hungary, we support the generation of both “2010 XML” and “2012 XML” files.
New workCentre for efficient management of default values
We have developed an additional WorkCentre where users can manage default values based on the company and business document type. This function automatically populates default values, thereby saving our customers valuable time.
Comprehensive package translation for each country
With each country we included translation of our whole package. That means all additional custom WorkCentres and extension fields in standard WorkCentres are automatically translated.
