AI-powered data extraction
Perform invoice data extraction using trained AI which learns without the need for templates. The AI “reads” documents like a human so is able to adapt to changing layouts by learning from content, not just layouts, so reducing the reliance on IT support.
Validates extracted data against master data
Rossum’s integration retrieves master data on a scheduled basis from SAP S/4HANA Cloud and automatically validates the extracted data by matching it with the following master data: vendor data and purchase order data.
Transforms & sends validated data to SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Transforms the output data format to the desired format for SAP integration. The solution instantly pushes the extracted and validated invoice data and the original PDF of the invoice to SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
