Independent of the storage medium - e.g., local hard disk / RAID system, NAS via network shares, TrueWORM, Software-WORM, etc. Encrypted transport paths between SAP and archive are possible by means of an optional crypto technique. Even hard disks can become worm-able media.
Access Control in Accordance to the Role-Requirements and SAP Authorizations
The biz²ArchiveServer fully uses the SAP logic, for example, user management and authorizations. The full security management, as well as authorization functions for the access and processing of the information, are centrally regulated through SAP.
Supports SAP Data Archiving Solutions within all the Modules: FI, CO, MM, etc.
With the inPuncto SAP archiving add-on, one can allocate data and receipts to the relevant business data objects: data archiving (via standard ADK), filing of (still modifiable) MS Office documents at the business objects, archiving of images (TIFF, PDF, PDF-A, etc.) within business data objects, etc.
Implement Central Management with Filing Structure
Central Management of Documents in the storage locations of both interfaces, SAP ILM WebDAV interface, and SAP Content Server HTTP Interface. The unstructured data is managed together with the structured data and also inherits its metadata, although two different interfaces are used.
