Building a new service begins with the user experience. Your content team creates and maintains the online experience using SAP Citizen Engagement Accelerator’s yForm builder in the backoffice.
Visually map the flow of data from the SAP Citizen Engagement Accelerator
Our solution allows you to import separated yForm fields into SAP Integration Suite so you can map each one to the required field in SAP Service Cloud fields. It’s as simple as dragging from the source and dropping on the target field.
Push service order and customer data to SAP Service Cloud for fulfillment
Service orders and new customer registrations are sent from SAP Citizen Engagement Accelerator to SAP Service Cloud to be actioned by customer services. Automation can be introduced to route tickets to the correct department based on options selected by the citizen.
