Empower secure owner self-service access to valuable data
The solution delivers Oil and Gas operators a self-service portal, allowing owners to easily request updates to Master Data and review ownership and transaction history. Owners administer and manage the portal via the EnerBridge app on SAP Business Technology Platform, with integration to SAP Production Revenue Accounting and SAP Joint Venture Accounting.
Manage owner requests for updating contact information and other master data
Solution allows owners to request updates to master data, including contact info, banking info and payment preferences. Requests are processed via the Portal and submitted to the SAP workflow for approval while maintaining Sarbanes-Oxly compliance.
Deliver secure access to ownership, payments, billing history and 1099 data
Solution provides owners access to their SAP Production Revenue Accounting and SAP Joint Venture Accounting equity group ownership information. Revenue payments with check details and joint interest billing statement and invoice details can be reviewed with search and filter options available. Ownership and transaction history can be downloaded directly to MS Excel.
