Create mail merge
Easily create mail merge based on data from your SAP sytem. You can choose if you want to send emails with a word / pdf document attached, a plain email without attachments or just create a document and print it
Excel based target groups
You can import your target group from an excel list. Simply upload your excel file, define in which columns and rows the target group (e.g. business partner numbers) can be found and you are ready to go. As an alternative it is also possible to select the recipients from your SAP system.
Send files in word or PDF format
You choose whether you want to send documents as word files in .docx format or if the word templates should be converted to .pdf format first before sending it.
