Premium AI features require purchasing AI Units (SKU 8019164) with a minimum purchase of 100 units at €7 per unit (€700 annually), while many basic AI capabilities are included with existing SAP cloud subscriptions at no additional cost. Organizations can use the SAP AI Estimator tool to calculate their specific AI Unit needs and request customized pricing quotes directly through their SAP Account Executive.
